What is the Maintenance Cycle for Shaved Ice Machines?

The maintenance cycle for shaved ice machines can be divided into daily maintenance, first-level maintenance, and second-level maintenance, with the specific cycles as follows:

1. Daily Maintenance:

Frequency: After each use and weekly.

Content:

After each use, immediately remove any adhering substances and water stains from the inside and outside to prevent impurities from affecting machine performance.

Perform a thorough cleaning of the equipment weekly. Do not rinse the equipment directly with water to avoid damaging parts.

When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, thoroughly clean both the inside and outside and cover it with a dust cover.

2. First-Level Maintenance:

Frequency: Once every five to six months or 1000 hours of operation.

Content:

Thoroughly clean the surface of the equipment.

Unblock oil passages and oil lines.

Clean all gearboxes and change the oil.

Repair burrs on sliding surfaces.

Adjust clearances to ensure smooth oil passages, clear oil windows, flexible operation, and normal running.

Electrical Components: Clean the exterior and wiring of all electrical equipment on the machine tool; clean the exterior and surrounding area of the machine tool motor; clean the control panel, operating table, instruments, indicator lights, switches, and buttons, etc.

3. Secondary Maintenance:

Frequency: Performed once every 20 to 24 months or 4000 hours of equipment operation.

Content:

Performing the same procedures as Primary Maintenance.

Inspect the technical condition.

Disassemble and repair components and assemblies as necessary.

Replace vulnerable and worn parts.

Locally grind and scrape sliding surfaces.

Achieve normal operation, meet process requirements, and have virtually no oil or water leaks. If requirements are not met, it should be included in a special maintenance plan.
